Organic + paid
Bring the focus closer to home.
Align search and advertising with GAA’s local service area and the people who could become patients.

Greater Austin Allergy · An ongoing marketing partnership
Refocusing organic and paid marketing on the communities GAA serves—and extending that support as the practice grew from six to nine locations within the same GAA marketing budget.
The assignment
When USS took over GAA’s established account from another creative agency, the opportunity was to bring its marketing into closer alignment with its local service area.
The focus shifted toward reaching prospective patients around Greater Austin through organic and paid marketing, instead of treating traffic from around the world as the primary measure of success.
As GAA added locations, that work needed to stretch further: keeping clinic information visible, connecting people with relevant content, and sustaining a consistent presence within the existing budget.
The strategic focus

All three comparisons cover June–August 2026 versus June–August 2025. They describe this recent period, rather than continuous growth across the full partnership. Source: GAA Historical Performance Overview; supplemental analysis retrieved October 5, 2026.
Search clicks, sessions, and conversion events are different measures. Recorded conversions are website actions, not confirmed appointments or unique patients; historical tracking changes have not been audited. Location-page clicks do not establish visitor geography.
Supporting expansion
GAA grew from six to nine locations, adding Bastrop, Leander, and Thorndale. USS extended marketing support across that larger footprint without an increase to the existing GAA marketing budget.
The work supported the practice’s expansion: making more clinic information part of the marketing program while keeping the broader account active.
A sustainable content program
Regular provider participation was limited, so the content program needed to work around busy clinical schedules.
USS maintained a steady rhythm of educational blogs, social content, newsletters, and practice updates—giving GAA useful ways to stay active and relevant without depending on a continuous stream of provider-created material.
Seasonal concerns, clinic news, appointment availability, and team milestones helped keep that communication connected to everyday patient needs.
The work in practice
The wider relationship
The partnership extends beyond Greater Austin Allergy to five other entities. GAA and four of those entities receive the same full scope of marketing services. Southern California Allergy (SCA) receives hosting and maintenance only.

The six-to-nine location expansion and unchanged marketing budget described above refer specifically to GAA.

One campaign within the larger partnership
When GAA became a Top 5 finalist for Best Allergist / ENT Practice, USS coordinated a social media push and a series of emails inviting supporters to vote daily.
GAA was recognized as a Best of ATX 2026 winner, with the badge displayed on the practice’s website.
The campaign is one example of the focused initiatives that sit within the ongoing account work.
